HOW TO SAVE YOUR REPORT AS A SPREADSHEET

(Values will be as seen on screen)

1. Save the file as a text file (Note--the saved file MUST have .txt at the end of the filename, such as fruit.txt)
2. Go to Lotus 97 or Excel 4.0
3. "Open" the saved .txt file.
4. For Lotus: Under "parsing options", select "Automatically parse based on file layout", hit "OK"
5. For Excel: Under "Original data type", select "fixed width", Hit "next. Move break lines so they are just to the right of each column of data, hit "enter" then finish".
6. Sort results to remove blank rows if desired.
